‘Between the Mountains and the sea’
( where Jan Morris lives )
A Collection of casts or wrappings taken form a collection of Jan Morris books. These Casts or
wrappings create jackets that are made form the products of the welsh mountains ( welsh
mountain sheeps wool ) bond together by the use of the sea ( Cricieth sea water )
The exhibition at Plas Glyn y Weddw North Wales was responding to the
extraordinary life and work of the Author Jan Morris on her celebratory 90th birthday.

Welsh wool from Jan Morris neighbouring farm made into felt by the use of Cricieth Sea Water.
